Warranty

Warranty of parts is governed by the manufacturers policy and may require inspection by a factory representative before a refund, repair, or exchange can be authorized. Some manufacturers have no warranty policy, therefore some parts are not covered.

CS3 Automotive makes no warranties, either expressed or implied. There is no warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect purchaser or ultimate user of such goods from injury or death. Racing and high performance street cars/trucks is a dangerouse activity and the user shall determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection there within.

In the event you have merchandise you need to return, please refer to the following guidelines.

• All merchandise to be returned must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the original invoice. The product must have been purchased from CS3 Automotive and be unused, unaltered, and unchanged from its original state.
• Please do not write on, use tape, or affix any item to the product package itself. Authorized returned items will be placed back into inventory to be resold as we can't sell items with defaced packaging.
• Returned parts must be stocking items and in current packaging.
• Discontinued parts, closeouts, and parts in out of date packaging can't be returned.
• No returns after 30 days.
• No Returnes on special order parts.
• Shipping costs are non returnable.
• Items shipped free of charge will have actual shipping cost charged to us deducted from refund amount.
• We are not responsible for return shipping charges unless you receive an incorrect or defective item. 
• Please contact us for returning instuctions.
• Returnes are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All special orders are placed with the manufacture promptly in order to facilitate a speedy delivery. Special orders can not be cancelled once the order is placed with the manufacturer. Special orders can not be returned.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

We are not responsible for errors in text and Photogaphs. Errors in text content and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice when found.

Our normal method of shipping is UPS ground. All in stock parts will be shipped out within 48 hours, with most orders being shipped the same day the order is received. Please allow extra shipping time for special order items. We only ship within the United States.
